.Practicing animal breeding using (Boran x Short Horn Zebu), procurement of new breeding stock from other ranches in the country and beyond (semen).
.Thorough disease control: dipping, vaccinations, drenching and treatment.

•  Five dips were repaired in villages surrounding our ranch- Hogoro, Mkoka,Mageseni, Makawa, and Kinangali.

• We assisted in the construction of a new and modern livestock market at Matongoro village with the District Council joining hands later.

• We built tow handling yards at Matongoro and Mageseni villages.
